Doctoral Candidate: Akshay Haridas
The aim of this event was to provide fundamental and advanced knowledge in electrochemistry and electrocatalysis, and to engage early-stage researchers and PhD students around topics such as fundamentals of electrochemistry, CO2 reduction, hydrogen production, and electrochemical reactor engineering.
TRAMPOLINe- participated through a hands-on training and workshop-based format on electrocatalysis, where participants were introduced to key electrochemical techniques (CV, LSV, RDE/RRDE, and EIS) and their application in studying electrode processes. The programme also involved practical sessions using advanced electrochemical instrumentation (Metrohm-Autolab) and focused training on CO2 electrolysis and water electrolysis, providing valuable insights into experimental methodologies and mechanistic analysis relevant to electrocatalytic systems.
